Jane | Practice Manager
Jane joined the team as Practice Manager in 2013. She has been working in the dental industry for over 10 years, previously fulfilling roles as an office coordinator and dental assistant gaining experience and knowledge in many areas of dentistry. Since joining the team she has found Orthodontics the most rewarding out of all dental fields and strongly believes in the importance of dental and facial harmony.
Jane spends a lot of time behind the scenes with administrative support for the practice She also supports the practices delivery of care and organises continuing education and training for all staff members to make sure they keep-up-to date with the latest technology and techniques to deliver the best results. With clinical experience she also ensures the practice runs smoothly in a harmonious operating environment.
She is currently completing her diploma of Practice Management and also has an Advanced Diploma in Graphic Design and Communication and Certificate III in Business Administration.
When asking Jane what she loves doing outside of work “if I’m not sitting in front of my Mac trying to meet deadlines for a freelance job, I’m in the kitchen throwing together a dish from one of my many cookbooks”
Fiona | Dental Hygienist
Fiona joined our team in 2008 and is a qualified Dental Hygienist having been part of the industry for over 1O years. Fiona obtained her Bachelor of Oral Health qualifications from The Newcastle University in 2008. She is registered with the Australian Dental Board (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency) and is a member of the Australian Periodontal Society and the NSW Dental Hygienist Association.
Previously she worked as a Dental Assistant and Receptionist in private dental practices, including the specialties of Orthodontics and Oral Surgery.
‘I am passionate about providing the most thorough patient care possible, and my main focus is to promote oral health and preventative dental care.’
Fiona is attentive and enjoys nurturing patient relationships. Fiona insures that our patients maintain an excellent level of oral hygiene during their treatment. She is also trained in Suresmile, Incognito lingual braces and lnvisalign and assists with many of the clinical procedures during treatment.
Fiona is known for her delicate and gentle touch and is very skilled in all aspects of orthodontic treatment especially the handling of lingual braces and non-traumatic appliance removal.
In her free time, Fiona enjoys spending time with her husband and two gorgeous girls. She loves spending time at the beach, and reading books. Fiona also enjoys sailing both yachts and skiffs for pleasure and racing.
Clare | Dental Hygienist
Clare has been working within the Dental Industry for over 12 years and specialising in Orthodontics for over 5 years. Clare obtained her Bachelor of Oral Health qualifications from the Newcastle University in 2010. Prior to that, Clare got her Diploma in Dental Technology and worked within a Crown and Bridge laboratory. Coming from a dental technician background, Clare has always enjoyed fiddly, fine work that requires a great amount of manual dexterity.
Clare is responsible for most clinical procedures undertaken in the mouth as part of Orthodontic treatment. Education is also a big part of her role, making sure patients are maintaining good oral health and taking care of their teeth throughout treatment. Clare is also responsible for the effective operation of our lab.
Outside of work, Clare enjoys taking her Pup, ‘Millie’ for a run on Manly beach. She also loves to spend time making jewelry in her spare time and playing tennis.
‘Having braces myself in this exact building 20 years ago, I’ve always been particularly interested in teeth and oral health’.
Tina | Oral Health Therapist
Tina has been working within the orthodontic industry since 2014. She obtained her Bachelor of Oral Health from the University of Sydney in 2013.Tina is the author of “Orthodontics for Dental Hygienists & Dental Therapists”, published by Wiley & Sons for university students
Tina undertakes most clinical procedures in the mouth as part of Orthodontic treatment. Education is also a big part of her role, making sure patients are maintaining good oral health and taking care of their teeth throughout treatment. Tina is very gentle and goes the extra mile to help our patients feel comfortable and at ease.
‘I love orthodontics because we help people gain confidence and love their smiles.’
Outside of work, Tina trains in Taekwando and enjoys making short films.
Debbie | Receptionist & Treatment Coordinator
Debbie has a strong history with our evolving practice and is well known for her friendly, bubbly personality at our front desk. Debbie has over 15 years experience in the Orthodontic Industry and 7 years with General Dentistry.
Debbie is responsible for all front desk duties and patient treatment coordination, accommodating the needs of both patients and parents in all aspects of their orthodontic journey. She is also trained in Suresmile, Incognito and Invisalign, keeping our patients well informed about all their orthodontic options. Debbie enjoys welcoming new and existing patients to our practice.

Debbie’s joy of working around people make her great at what she does. Away from work, Debbie is a very proud mother of two, surviving two HSC’s! She is very family orientated enjoying family getaways, picnics and movies. Debbie loves all things natural from food to positive, happy living.
Amie | Receptionist & Treatment Coordinator
Amie has been with our practice since 2002. Over the years, Amie has grown with the practice and is experienced in Treatment Planning and Coordination, Front Office and Marketing. Amie became Practice Manager in 2012, handling financial aspects of the practice and day to day operations.
She holds qualifications in Small Business Management and Health Administration. For Amie, the practice and its patients are more like an extended family and she loves working within such a great team. Amie knows a lot about the ins and outs of orthodontic treatment and has helped hundreds of patients through their orthodontic treatment.
Amie now has a beautiful baby daughter ‘Amelia’ and is continuing her role part time as one of our treatment coordinators.
‘I love meeting new patients and families and helping them start their orthodontic journey. The best part of my job is getting to know our patients and educating them on their treatment options. It is very rewarding seeing patients achieve their ideal orthodontic result.’
Away from work, Amie enjoys spending time with family and friends, swimming with her baby girl, walking and aerobics.
Jackie | Receptionist & Treatment Coordinator
Jackie joined the team in 2016 and is responsible for welcoming new patients into the practice, explaining treatment options and answering any questions patients may have when they are about to embark on orthodontic treatment.
Jackie brings with her an extensive history within the Dental, Medical and Sales industry. She has previous experience as a Dental Nurse and her nursing career saw her operating a Heart-Lung machine used for both children and adults. Most recently Jackie worked as a Dental Sales Representative.
‘During my years liaising with Sydney dental specialist clinics, this practice certainly stood out. I am thrilled to now be part of the team and thoroughly enjoy seeing the results of happy patients at the end of their treatment.’
Outside of work, Jackie likes to keep fit and care for her loyal dog of 12 years and 19 year old parrot.
Fran | Dental Nurse & Suresmile Coordinator
Fran has been working in the Orthodontic Industry for the last 13 years. Originally from Brisbane, Fran completed her Certificate in Dental Assisting, before moving to London. Having obtained General Dental Council Registration, Fran spent 6 years working in Orthodontic Practices in London as a very sought after assistant, becoming competent in impression taking, dental photography and obtained the National Examination Board of Dental Nursing Certificate in Dental Radiography. Fran is currently continuing her education by studying a diploma in Practice Management.
Fran is very experienced in all aspects of lingual and invisible orthodontics thanks to her time in London. In addition to her clinical assisting role, Fran is also our stock manager and Suresmile coordinator. Fran really enjoys her work and is always searching for ways to improve and update our services to the highest standards.
Away from work, Fran enjoys travelling with her Fiancee and they often head back South Africa where he grew up. She is trying very hard to learn his native language of Flemish
Theresa | Dental Nurse
Theresa is responsible for the ongoing care of our patients and assisting our Orthodontists and Hygienists with all things clinical. Theresa ensures the clinic runs smoothly and is in charge of many tasks including sterilising instruments, maintaining the surgery area and photo processing.
Theresa has been working as a dental assistant since 2013 and brings with her knowledge within the dental field. Her ken eye for detail and vast experience has been truly and asset to our practice.

Outside of work Theresa is studying a Bachelor of Psychology, and hopes to one day become a clinical Psychologist.
Cathy | Dental Nurse
Cathy, one of our senior nurses ensures that all patients are comfortable before and during procedures. Cathy is in charge of surgery preparation and assistance, processing and keeping track of patients laboratory work, photographs and giving instructions for that care of orthodontic appliances. She also does our digital scanning for patients with our 3D scanner
Cathy has an excellent ability to multi task and she truly is an asset to our practice. She is able to speak both mandarin and Cantonese and her top organisational skills ensure our practice is always on track.

Cathy has a Bachelor of applied Finance and Certificate III in Dental assisting. Cathy commenced her study in 2017 , Bachelor of Oral Health Therapy and hopes to become a Dental hygienist within the practice in the near future.
